Jocelyn Faye is a boutique head wear store based in Wellington NZ. Each hat, headpiece and accessory is lovingly and thoughtfully hand crafted by artist, designer and founder - Megan Ransom.
Megan has had a career in the arts for over 35 years. She studied fashion and design established her own fashion label and worked as a personal stylist during the 90s. Megan is a 3D conceptual artist who has the gift of being able to work within many genres of the arts including fashion, floristry, landscape design, interior decorating, furniture design / restoration and she is a revered fine arts bronze sculptor.
Megan was the mind behind establishing the Boheme Gallery in Wellington in 2013, where she exhibited her own bronze works alongside Wellington’s up and coming artists. Boheme Gallery soon became a hub for artists and an art school was incorporated within the gallery.
Her unique hat inspirations come from global travel, soaking up different cultures and art styles from around the world. She most definitely brings her artist’s eye in creating Jocelyn Faye’s most amazing hats and headpieces.

Returns Policy
General Returns:
Please choose carefully as we are not obliged to refund or exchange due to a change of mind. If the goods are faulty or damaged we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
If an item is faulty, it will fall under our Warranty Policy as described below. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
Please Note:
All physical product returns are subject to an inspection by ourselves and/or our service department.
All returned products must be in the exact same condition as received including all accessories and packaging.
Refunds will be performed using the same method as original payment, unless paid by internet banking in which case we will need your bank account details to complete the refund process.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?
If the item is damaged or incorrect when it arrives, please contact our team within 24 hours. The original receipt is required for a returns and warranty claim. Contact us here
Warranty Policy
Jocelyn Faye will fulfill all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Our warranty works on a Return-To-Base basis. This means that should a fault occur with your product, it will need to be returned to us for assessment.
Once we have received an item we will arrange a replacement or repair of item, if a replacement or repair is not possible we will arrange a credit or refund. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of receiving your returned product.
Please Note:
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only to the physical product before use. The original receipt is required for a warranty claim.
